The smash burgers are out of this world, I have this restaurant in my must visit list in Pilares. I tried the smash bacon cheese x2 and the pulp fiction (for those who love the Hawaiian pizza). The only point down was the cheesecake, there is a room for improvement.

My first impression was not the best because the dog mess just outside and in the streets leading to this tucked away place amongst some small quite dirty streets. once inside you could tell it was popular because it was busy and we were kindly given a table even though we did not book (on purpose) the staff seemed quite relaxed .we got our drinks and food within 45min and the dishes were nice enough . my critics ; The place has been open for 4 months but looks like its much older due to poor finish on painting and flooring and bar also the toilets . Spend some money and invest into a higher standard of furniture and paint/flooring , toilets . Need at least 1 more server I watch my drinks sit on the bar for 5 min while the poor girl was running around serving everyone. also taking menus of us to give to other tables because they do not have enough , basics like enough menus should be logical thing to do and corrected cheaply. toilets need some attention ! I always judge how good a restaurant is by how much attention they put into their toilets . The Ladies as is usually the case doesn't need too much attention except a toilet lid to stop splashes when flushed . its a hygiene thing for me . The men's on the other hand had a broken urinal and a blocked toilet ( very disappointing ) so I couldn't use the toilets and so waited until I got home . Prices vs value . I think its probably 15% - 20% over priced when you take into consideration the lack of luxury in the seating, tables, atmosphere and some of the ingredients , frozen bought fries for example and 1.50 Euro charge to get more Jalapeños , no ketchup on the tables salt or pepper . by the way the Philly steak needed seasoning more and I unfortunately had some grisle in mine and it happened to be in my first bite too :/ what an anti climax for the price . Positives Very brave to cook this style here in Zaragoza and I really think if you guys got more professional with the service side of the business You could be on to a winner . The food is good and I will come again to try different dishes , I can see a diamond here ... a rough diamond but a diamond never the less. I make the critics to help you guys get my 5 stars , not to put you down . you guys have made a good start but please reinvest back into the place and talk to a designer and try to redesign the place to get more seating at a higher level of finish to the eating area. (maybe take away half the bar and also put stools so people can sit down at the other half of the bar ) also put a coat hanger somewhere . good luck to you in the future its good to see this kind style in the city .

In terms of mac n cheese, this is the place to go in Zaragoza, maybe all of Spain. Burger was delicious, beer was proper cold and the service was warm. Here's to many more acolades.

Incredible patatas bravas — the best I've had in Zaragoza and easily among the top in Spain! The Philly cheesesteak is a must-try — hands down the best I’ve ever tasted. Fast and friendly service — everything was perfect!

The smash bacon cheese burger and the Pul P Fiction—a nod for Hawaiian pizza enthusiasts—stand out as must-try dishes, showcasing the brand’s committed craft and bold flavor combinations.
